Well! I confess I feel fairly blown away by the Google Art Project.

One can zoom in on works of art without loss of detail. It’s as clear as if you were two inches from the piece.

For example, this detail from the Annunciation Triptych in the Cloisters Museum in New York:

Being able to zoom in without any loss of resolution is amazing.

The works of many, many museums are displayed: it’s mind-boggling!
